It was the iconic meeting between his Holiness Dalai Lama and Dr. Richard Davidson in 1992 that has changed the world. It was the first time in history when Science accepted the challenge of eastern tradition. Once limited to monasteries, now meditation has become a mainstream science-backed secular lifestyle.
